A random black cat chose to attack the field, smack-dab in the middle of an NFL football game in New Jersey, sparking cheers of astonishment and happiness from admiring spectators.

However, sports fans were not the only ones who took notice.

Stacey Dales was watching the game on TV at home when the cat disruption stopped play. Her two dogs, who had previously shown little interest in football, suddenly began playing armchair quarterback.

Here’s a video of the moment:It’s safe to assume the puppies were cheering against the cat’s dominance on the field that day — and they must have believed they had their way; the kitten ultimately went off, out of sight, after a few seconds.

Others, though, had a slightly different reaction: Let’s go ahead and call it a tie.
