A family of black bears proved that humans aren’t the only ones that like cooling down in the water by frolicking alongside swimmers in a California lake, writes kingdomstv

One day, the South Lake Tahoe hit a scorching 30°C (86°F) and given that bears had to stroll about in a fur coat all day, it’s easy to see why this particular family opted to take a bath.

Jen Watkins, who was visiting Pope Beach at the time of the unusual event, captured the huge mother bear and her three kids on camera.
